I have been away a lot these last couple of weeks. One of the events I attended this past weekend was a women's retreat sponsored by our church. On Friday we left at the beginning of a snow storm. By that evening and the next day, we were snowed in at our lovely lodge. We had a wonderful weekend of fun, food and fellowship. These are some photos outside of the lodge.

What wonderful photos of the snow.And to be able to go to a retreat would be so wonderful.
I must apologize for not being able to join you on the bedroom makeover, as due to my illness I have done no housework for weeks as a matter of fact until a few days ago my dh was chief cook and bottle washer. He has been doing it all. I am now back to doing my housework and exercising. I just didn't get well enough in time to do a make over. So please forgive me, and I hope next time I will be able to join you.

How pretty -- we've had so much snow too -- but our doggies are begging us to move to Florida!

Cold outside but I bet it was warm and toasty inside. Food, fun, and fellowship with sisters of the heart...hope your spirit was refreshed.
I better start collecting some bedrooms that make for a warm glow for next Tuesday.

Oh I just love Women's Retreats. I bet you all did not even mind that it was snowing outside. All those women in one place, enjoying, fun, fellowship and I am sure good food.
