This is one of the easiest cake you will ever make. I have been making this for 35 years. You don't need a mixing bowl. It is very moist and doesn't need frosting.
Ingredients:
1 20 oz. can apple pie filling
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350.
Dump apple pie filling into 9x13 pan.
Combine dry ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
Mix eggs, oil and nuts. Pour this over flour/apple mixture.
Stir until blended.
Bake 40-50 minutes.
This is good served with a dollop of Cool Whip.

Today on my blog, I actually asked the question "are there enough apple desserts to make a different one every day of winter?" and so far I have found about 10 new ones, including yours. Thanks!
I love fast and easy and when it looks delicious as well, I'm hooked. Thanks for sharing this with us. Have a wonderful day.

What a FAST!!! and EASY!!! recipe. Everyone should have some of those in their recipe box. I like the idea of the canned apples. I always have one or two cans on hand. THANKS!!! Geri

By the way, if you ever get a chance to ride an atv you should! It is very enjoyable.
This sounds delicious! I've seen a similar recipe, but to use a cake mix instead, yours is probably better!
