A New Party - Bedscapes and Beyond

I'm having a new party - Bedscapes and Beyond.

I heard the term "bedscapes" and it reminded me of the popular party where bloggers love to show their tablescapes. Nobody is having a party where we get to show off our beautiful bedding, all those handmade quilts, our lovely sheets, decorative pillows, etc. Well, I thought I would fill this much needed niche. I will give everyone time to spread the word and come up with a post. The first bedscape will be
Tuesday, February 9th.

I'll put the link up the evening before. I would appreciate it if you would post my badge and lets get the word out so we can have fun and get some ideas. Master bedrooms, childrens rooms, nurserys and any other bedroom pictures beyond the bed is OK.

Oh my stars what a great idea. I have always had a beautiful bedscape, until now....we have 2 dogs that share our bed with us so in the closet went my pretty quilts and pillows. I can't wait to see what everyone else does!
Thanks for stopping by my blog tonight.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Your Caesar is so cute! Bedscape? oh my! I'm currently working on my living room re-do. If I ever get it done, then I hope to move on to the bedroom. No changes there in over 5 years! :(
Maybe your party can give me some inspiration.

Karen,
This is a lovely idea!

I've shown my bedroom before on my blog. We have a very modest, comfortable little home but I love it. Husband and I bought ourselves a new bed a couple of years ago and it's gigantic for the space, but I don't care - we love it anyway. :) The rest of the furniture in the bedroom is a mix of hand-me-downs. That's sort of our life...

What a great idea Karen! I have no talent for tablescaping, although I enjoy seeing everyone else's, but bedscaping I think I can handle - how fun!
