This is my first Metamorphosis Monday. Susan at Between Naps on the Porch is hosting. Thank you Susan. Click to check the other enteries.
I found new window valances at the Salvation Army. The other ones were nice, but I think the colors work better.

My next post may be showing you my new backsplash.
I like the new look.

ReplyDeleteKaren -- you certainly may add Linderhof as a favorite. I am doing the same!

I love it.. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDelete***Oh my gosh, Karen~~~ it's lovely, BUUUT, I honestly believe the FIRST VALANCE looks soooo rich & sooo great with everything... Would you mind if I ask "why" the change? (Just for "fun/change's sake", like we all do from time to time?)~~~ Hope I don't get "yelled at" by anyone!!! (Then again, if we ALL preferred the same thing, how BORING life would be, right???)... SMiles!!! Warmly, Linda
ReplyDeleteLinda/Mom, I love the gold valance too. I like how it fills up the space. I will probably change it back and forth as my mood strikes.
ReplyDeleteSweetie, just came back to add something and saw your note... (soooo happy you aren't upset or hurt... didn't think you WOULD be, but, one never knows!!!). Happy to hear you will switch them as the mood strikes... that gold is sooooo elegant & classic ~~~ I just LOVE that look there, but as we all know, YOU have to be happy!!! Warmly, your pal, Linda
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Great find! :-) Susan
